logged events in mice

Hi, I have some issues with imputing my data. I created a dataframe with all relevant variables which I would like to impute with mice and I get the warning of 3 logged events. By inspecting I see that for 3 variables, mice left all NAs as NAs instead of imputing numbers from 1-4. It also says "factor with 3 levels: "collinear". How can I solve this problem?
