LaTeX failed to compile: After updating RStudio and R

Hello,

After updating my RStudio and R to the latest version, I've been getting the error message below. The code is used to compile multiple reports based off a .csv file, but it would not anymore after the update. I tried re-downloading previous versions, and when I downloaded version 1.2.5042, RStudio finally spit out the reports needed but the format was messed up. Thank you in advance for any help I can receive in order to resolve this issue!
