Trying to Knit to HTML a.Rmd file and when I do I get the following:
...withcallinghandlers ->withvisible -> eval ->eval->summary Execution halted

In the Console, when I print object mydata, an object is found.

I am able to get the HTML using rmarkdown::render("") but I can't publish to RPUBS.

Appreciate any help, thanks!
