It's possible to use shiny to show result from database to my website pages

I want to build a website with database with use of text mining tools (word cloud, clustering,trend etc) will take data from database do text mining then show the results on my website pages , i read about shiny package it's possible to use it for this purpose?

also i can use shiny with asp.net c#?
