issue #5793 - resolved in which version of RStudio?

Hi,
I am very intersted to a solution issue #5793 on github.
The github-page states it as resolved, but also verified in a development version.
Before I ask my admins to install a new version of RStudio, I wouldliketo know whether the issue is fixed in the newest version of RStudio?

Probably 2024.12 which hasn't been released yet. You could try one of the latest dailies to confirm but be aware its still in development: https://dailies.rstudio.com/

Thank you! I'll keep an eye open for 2024.12.
Won't hassle the admins to install a development build to fix my uncomfiness with the check button.
