Is there a way to download data from this tableau site/page ?

I do not have direct access to the database however to tableau site only. Usually we go download data from this site and start working on that .csv file. Tableau site web address below;

tableau.global.companyname.com/#/site/Analytics/views/SalesFrameworkDashboard/PMISummaryData?:iid=2

All I need is to download or export data from this page into RStudio as a dataframe and start working from there.

Any help would be much appreciated.
