Is there a way to continuously update data from qualtrics responses

Hi!
I'm about to start a project on qualtrics, for a survey. I wanted to know if there is a way to;

  1. upload the data onto R
  2. Update the data as new responses are added, (automatically?)

is there a way to do this on R?
