...I cannot get any of my applications to upload into shinyapps. Is anyone else having this issue?

Site works fine. Uploading an update from my computer doesn't work.

Try removing your shinyapps.io account in your "Publishing" menu and re-adding it. That has worked for me in the past when I had issues uploading

I tested that I can upload an update from my computer, so whatever the issues is, its not global.
