Is my website too heavy due to bootstrap?

I am currently using Quarto to generate my website. The overall size of the front page is about 2 MB, which is not bad but I would like to optimize it. I found out that 50 % of the size is coming from loading bootstrap. Second place is fontawesome. See screenshot:

Is there a way to optimize these resources to reduce the size of the page?
