Introducing Elliptical Tube Interactive App

ETIA (Elliptical Tube Interactive App) is an interactive Shiny application built on the ETRep R package for modeling and analyzing 3D tube-like structures through skeletal representations.

ETIA enables users to:

  • Generate and visualize 3D elliptical tubes using user-defined parameters.
  • Perform geometric transformations between tubular objects.
  • Explore shape analysis under the Relative Curvature Condition (RCC).
  • Download 3D mesh objects (.obj) for further modeling or visualization.
