Interrater Reliability study

Hello,

I am new R studio and coding, generally - my background is medicine so I am trying to learn how to use R for research purpose. I am currently trying to model an inter-rater reliability study within R, with 6 rates, 36 subjects, and 6 binary data points per subject. I cannot find much information on Fleiss kappa statistics for binary data, was hoping some could point me in the right direction.

Thanks,
Sennay

Hi, is what you're after in the irr package?

irr: Various Coefficients of Interrater Reliability and Agreement (r-project.org)

Hi, I was actually able to figure it out using this below

Thanks for the headsup about the r-project doc though!
