Internal Server Error When trying to open new project Feb 2020

Hi there,

I have been unable to open a Porject in RStudio Cloud since I signed up. On several occasions I've tried to create a New Project to test it out. Each time I get and "Internal Server Error". It may have began when I linked my account with GitHub?

Could you provide us a URL of one of the projects you are trying to open? Also, a screenshot of the error you are seeing would be helpful.

Sorry, I think my original post was a little unclear. The issue I'm experiencing is with creating a New Project within a workspace. So I'm unable to send a URL as I haven't yet been able to create a project.

I've been checking this daily since I raised this, the issue still appears to be ongoing.

Sorry to hear you're still having an issue. It's hard to tell what is going on from your screenshot. My first question is: are you creating this project in a named space? Also, can you capture a HAR file and send to me via a direct message?
