Instances does not start / Unhandled Exception: Child Task 1020639856 error

Hi,
This happened today. The already running application didn't started today.
I pressed the "Restart" to try to "wake it up" and it throwed that message in a pop up.

But then, out of the nothing, it started working.

In the last months, every now and then, it happens that the instance doesn't start.
But today it was the first time that Restarting the instance didn't worked.
It usually happens with production apps, as the dev ones works.

Obviously this is a problem in the shiny server. But why?

This is happening again today.
I can't believe I'm the only one with this situation.

This is the third or fourth time this happens.
The application, which has months working, suddenly sticks to "Please wait" and nothing happens.
Again, I have a dev version and a production version. The prod one is not starting the instance, meanwhile the dev is.
It shows no instance running. Restart doesn't do anything.

IT happened again today, in a different application
again, the ones I called production are the ones affected, but the ones I call development are ok
again, it happens in my mornings

So far no one has reached out to tell me if they are checking this or what
(only to join a close another thread because they were about this, so I know someone is reading)

and again
had to restart the instance

Today I deleted the application to reinstall it again

But when I was deleting it, it said "closing eight running instances"
The shinyapps dashboard does not showed any instance running

I recommend trying the following:
