Hello R family. I know this sounds more like a python question, but I am hoping there is someone here who can profer a solution to my problem. I want to install either TensorFlow or PyTorch on my Windows10 machine, so that I can run transformer models. However, pip no longer works, and so I am asking if it is possible to use conda install instead. If yes, how? Thanks!
