Installing Blotter and Quantstrat

Hello everyone,

Please give me a solution on how to install package blotter and quantstrat. I really need these two and while installing I'm getting the below error.
Warning in install.packages :
package ‘blotter’ is not available (for R version 3.6.0)

Please help me with the issue.
