Installing a package from TAR files from local computer drive in RStudio Cloud

Hi All,

I am trying to work with RStudio Cloud. However, I found that it was not able to install a package from TAR from my computer. Is there any way to upload this TAR from my computer drive to the RStudio Cloud and then install it?
