installation Rtools required

Hi.
I am new to using Rstudio on my laptop. I installed the R first, but the shortcut on my desk is open RGui. Then, when I open the RStudio from the start menu its opening the Rstudio, so I can at least access RStudion. When I try to download bibliometrix, its just a warning coming up sending the following message:

install.packages("bibliometrix")
WARNING: Rtools is required to build R packages but is not currently installed. Please download and install the appropriate version of Rtools before proceeding:
RTools: Toolchains for building R and R packages from source on Windows

I think I downloaded/installed/uninstalled the R around 6-7 times, but the same message again and again.

What am I doing wrong?

Help needed!

You need to download the RTools. R doesn't include RTools in its installment.

Please help, another problem I have encountered:

After I installed the Rtools, I have a popup windows, asking me to 'choose R Installation. The only option is "Choose a specific version of R:" but no any option available. What else should I download.
