Install Shiny Server in Azure Web App

Hello -
I've been asked to deploy Shiny/Rstudio server (open source edition) for testing by an internal team. I can do it easily to a Linux VM but, I was curious if there's an option to install it to an Azure Web App.

I believe the answer is 'no' - and I haven't located any info online that says otherwise - but, I just wanted to see if anyone knew if it was possible.
