Install R and RStudio For MacOS Mojave

Hi, I am trying to download and install R and RStudio for my MacBook Air (2017) Intel which is currently on OS Mojave.

But I am having trouble knowing which exact system will run properly with my older operating system. Is there anyone who can help me resolve this issue?

I hope this is an ok place to post this question.
