I would like to ask about how can i try the Rstudio. i noticed that i should do something installations to start but i don't know in fact how should i start. Besides, is it still applicable for 5 applications for free accounts?

As far as I am aware a Desktop installation can be installed whenever you like. Download
It is free. Simply install R and then RStudio.
