The R version you are using is too old, the foreign package, which is a dependency of olsrr, requires R >= 4.0.0

You need to be more specific, What is the new error message you get? If you are using an updated R kernel you can't be getting the exact same message.

Also, it seems you are using a Jupyter notebook, if you are using it through the Anaconda distribution, you need to manage your packages using the Anaconda package Manager instead of installing them programmatically
