Insert Dataset Error

It's rather a simple question but I just started using RStudio and can't seem to figure out how I have thiw problem. Well, I was trying to import a dataset from CSV and a messaged poped out that some packages, haven and Rcpp, needed a newer version but I can't install them. If anyone knowσ anything please help

Heya!

Sometimes just restarting RStudio does the trick. Then try to install them again.

Thanks guys. Eventually solved it by reinstalling it and run it as admimistrator
