I am developing a swimmer plot using ggplot2 and need to have data driven label outside the plot against each bar showing certain information from the data table, refer to below image.

In order to get people to help, it's generally recommended that you include a sample of your data, as well as the code you've already tried. As it stands with your image file, you're asking a lot of people to figure out how to even generate what you have so far.
