In .rmd, outline does not show name of code cells

I name all of my code chunks in my .rmd files, as follows:
{r Results, ...}
or
{r EDA-plotA, ...}

However, the outline only shows "(code cell)" instead of their names

In Settings:

  • in Explorer options, every Outline: [insert option] box has been ticked to enable
  • in Notebook options, I have enabled Outline: Show Code Cells
    but all of that is still not helping

Please let me know what I'm missing
