Importing Excel file error

Dear all,

I have troubles uploading any excel files since 10 minutes. I am not sure why or how, it just suddenly gave an error. I upload my files always from "import dataset" and then "From Excel...". This is the message that pops up when I want to upload an Excel file:
“ Is this a valid Excel file?

Can’t establish that the input is either xls or xlsx. “

Can you be more specific, you want to upload the xlsx file where? Can you open the xlsx file normally? Are you sure it is not corrupt?

Yes the file can open normally and I’m sure it’s not corrupt
