I was trying to launch the shiny app (biblioshiny), but I keep getting this error message:
An error has occurred!
there is no package called ‘shinycssloaders’
Can someone help me figure out how to fix this problem, I tried installing the ‘shinycssloaders’ but no success?

What do you mean by "no success"? Are you saying that you keep getting the same error message?

Why doesnt it install ?
here is the error I get when I try installing 'shinycssloaders':
Error in install.packages : ERROR: failed to lock directory ‘C:\Users\user\Documents\R\win-library\4.1’ for modifying
Try removing ‘C:\Users\user\Documents\R\win-library\4.1/00LOCK’
Have you tried removing that ?
I changed the path, and eventually, it worked.
