I’m trying to knit my r markdown documentation and I get an error: Error in control.url(repos, “source”) : calls: … eval_with_user_handlers -> eval -> execution halted

Without much information on your Rmd content, it will be very hard to help you. Please provide a reproducible example, or at least some detailed information.
