I keep getting signed out every 5 minuets I don't know why this keeps happening. I couldn't get through to support.

If you're willing to share, I'd be interested in taking a look at a trace of the requests between your system and Posit Cloud, called a HAR file. Instructions for recording one of these in various browsers can be found here: https://support.posit.co/hc/en-us/articles/4413166624279

Thanks for sending that file along to me. I notice that in the data shown in the HAR, no cookies are included in any of the requests sent to Posit Cloud. I was able to reproduce the "Login expired" message you show in your screenshot by working with a Posit Cloud project a bit, then manually deleting all the cookies in my browser associated to that project.
Since you are able to initially log in and use the project, the cookies must be getting accepted for a brief time, but then something in your browser or on your device causes them to be unset. The relevant cookies are known as "session" cookies, so it's not possible that Posit Cloud is setting them with an expiration time that causes them to age out after about 5 minutes.
I would recommend simply trying a different browser first, or disabling any browser plugins you have in use or using another device. There were some other atypical features of the requests I noticed like a modified user-agent string that suggest browser plugins might be in use?
