I am done with my Google Data Analytics Case study using R Studio. Knit button says file not in directory

Hello this is Ben Mukiise.
My problem is related to the Google Data Analytics Capstone.
I am done with my Case study using R Programming ( R Studio).
Every thing went well in R Studio but when I transfer my data into R Markdown and click the Knit Button,
I get the errors in the Screen short that I attached.

What I need is for someone to show me the steps how I can set up a working directory in R studio plus R Markdown because I thought that
since everything worked well in R Studio, I could just transfer my work into R Markdown and press the knit button but I keep on getting errors.
Can someone help me please.

I get the errors in the Screen short that I attached.

There is no screenshot attached, but also, posting screenshots is considered a bad practice here since we can't copy/paste from it.
