htmltools package issues in RStudio connect

We are getting below error in R 4.0.5 with the htmltools package

Error : package or namespace load failed for 'shiny" in loadname space
Error : namespace htmltools 0.5.3 is already loaded but >=0.5.4 is required

We are on RHEL7 (OS). Can anyone help to resolve this issue ?
