How to silence the message in console "tcltk DLL is linked to ..."

It is driving me crazy, in the console every minute I get the following (in several subsequent lines):
tcltk DLL is linked to '/opt/X11/lib/libX11.6.dylib'
It messes up and clutters my console.

How to silence this ?
I'm using a MacOs Ventura 13, R version 4.2.3
