How to see shinyapps.io active hours

I am on the free account with 25 active hours but my usage states already 56.1 hours have been used. However, I can still access my account. I have done some reading that active hours and usage hours are different in shinyapps.io. How can I see how many "active hours" my app has used (or how many I have left)?

Hi, I know this thread is very old, but did you ever figure it out / did the app become available at any point? I am having the same thing (free tier, currently on 46 hours during the current cycle and the app is still working)..

See below for the reply I received from Posit Support. We never got suspended but did end up paying for an upgraded account to host more apps so this has not been an issue.

There isn't a difference between the "active hours" and the usage hours displayed on that page. We have been conducting an experiment with the grace period allowed in the platform to help limit disruptions that currently is allowing you to go over the limit of 25 active hours, as indicated.

The limit for the free plan is 25 hours, so if you anticipate using these amounts of hours regularly, to avoid any interruption of service, we would recommend upgrading to one of the paid subscriptions if possible. For Free and Starter accounts, if someone hits the limit of their active hours in a given month, there is a 1 week grace period before we suspend the account. (This only applies to Free and Starter accounts; accounts in the higher tiers do not get suspended.) When you exceed usage, we automatically send an email that tells you that we will suspend in 1 week. If suspended, you are reinstated automatically when the cycle restarts. We don't send the email or suspend if the cycle restarts within the week.

For Basic level accounts and above, we do not currently charge overage fees. We do reserve the right to do so in the future. However, we would notify users well in advance before charges would be applied.
