How to quickly find a file in RStudio file pane ?

Hi,
I need to find a file in Rstudio file pane. I know the name of the file but I do not want to scroll down to it,
as a list of files is very long. Is it a way or keyboard shortcut to find it faster like Ctrl-s in Total Commander,
that opens a small window facilitating to starting to write down a name of the file and it pop ups immediately.

I found this but it seems a bit complicated:

And I have read this, looks like in 2018 it was a feature request ?

Do you just want to open the file? You could do this:

file.edit('your_file.R')

There are the fs, base or shell functions too:
