How to push RStudio Cloud rmd to Github ?

Hello,

I have troubles to push my rmd files once saved into my github. I followed the tutorials to link RStudio Cloud to my GitHub, I created a project linked to an existing repository, but when I save nothing happen in git.

I may miss a step, but I don't know which one ...
