How to keep Time Zones of the data?

How to keep the original Date values of my data. Original tz is "EST" and the command returns "IST"

(dtDH<-dtInFaults[inMode=="DCE",c("inMode","Start_Time","End_Time"),])
   inMode          Start_Time            End_Time
