How to insall "car" in R studio?

I tried to install " car" , have the following error message:

can someone please advise how to resolve this?

When using R trough Anaconda is better to install packages using the Anaconda Navigator and not from CRAN. If you don't absolutely need to use Anaconda I would strongly recommend using a stand alone installation of R.

Thank you, I downloaded a standalone version of R, all working now:-)
What's Anaconda for ?
