How to increase the number of simultaneous users in a shiny app deployed to shinyapps.io?

Hi, so I have a shiny app and I want to be able to have more than one user running it at the same time with shinyapps.io, is there any way to do it? Initially I thought you had to increase the "Max Worker Processes" but when I try to do it I get the following error:
