How to I add scale bar, north arrow, credits and titles to two maps I have created.

I have created two maps and ran it, however, my scale bar, north arrow, credits and titles don't appear only the legend for the two maps.

I can't attached a photo of my maps as I am a new user yet it hasn't added these things
