How to group parameters in each their timepoint

Hi

I have a dataset with a line of patients that have had a blood sample taken 3 times in a 10 week period, and these samples have been analyzed on several parameters.
I would like to make a ggplot where all the parameters from each of the 3 times are grouped, so it is possible to see the development. How do I do this?
