How to extract geological faults in a DEM image?

Hello. I have got a DEM image, I want to extract the faults. How can I do this?

Thank you for the help. I am new in this software, I will study and create/find a code to extract the geological faults. A friend had told me to make a hillshade on the image and after that I would be able to see the geological faults, but I can't find the code to make the hillshade on the image.
