How to enable quarto integration features?

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to enable quarto integration features on an RStudio install that has been compiled with quarto features disabled?

To clarify, experimental arm64 builds of RStudio come with quarto features disabled because quarto does not officially support arm64 but I have managed to install quarto on arm and I would like to enable quarto integration features on the IDE
