How to disable Crash Handler in RStudio

Please how do I disable Crash Handler in RStudio
Note: it doesn't start at all
R itself comes on and automatically closes again
Please I need help

I have been able to sort my errors
I installed both the 32bit and 64bit on my windows and installed RStudio and that was it!
