How to delete an account on rstudio.cloud?

Over the course of testing rstudio.cloud I set up about 4 different accounts (I think...). I would like to delete some of them, but can't seem to find a way to do it? Am I missing something? If anybody could point me in the right direction...

Hi,

You can contact RStudio Support by using the "Technical Support" option in the sidebar within rstudio.cloud.

That said, if you're only looking to cancel a subscription, you can do that with the following steps:

  1. Log in to RStudio Cloud.
  2. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner.
  3. Click on "Account" in the panel that opens to get to the Account Overview page.
  4. Click "Cancel Plan" to bring up a confirmation dialog, and follow the prompts.

Note that cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, at which point your account will switch to the Cloud Free plan.
