How to create an API in shinyapps using Standard Subscription?

Hi,
So far I have found API documentation using local servers, but no guide on how to setup an API if using shinyapps as a Standard Subscription. How can I deploy an API in that way?

Shinyapps.io is not for API hosting, you need to look into general cloud computing services like AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.
