how to control the left and right empty space on quarto blog

For example , the default left and right empty space are too big for me . Is there any way to adjust ?

solution found there Quarto - Page Layout

add body-width setting in _quarto.yml

format:
  html: 
    grid:
      sidebar-width: 300px
      body-width: 900px
      margin-width: 300px
      gutter-width: 1.5rem
