How to change style and depth of document outline

Hi people.

I would like the Document Outline to show a maximum of 3 levels.
I noted that it comprises up to 6, H6.
That 6th is really a very low level header, I would like to find a way to ignore it.

At the same time, it may be possible somehow to style into Bold for 1th level headers H1, just for a visual distinction of main sections.
