how to change reveal js themes

Hi , May I ask how to change reveal js themes ?

i wish my slice look like:reveal.js ā€“ The HTML Presentation Framework
specially the arrow shape

I got the themes(css) from

i download the robot-lung.css
https://revealjs-themes.dzello.com/css/theme/robot-lung.css

at my Rmarkdown file I set:

---
  revealjs::revealjs_presentation:
        css: robot-lung.css
---

But only the font changed ,not the back group and arrow shape
