How long a wait to see it in Rstudio?

I'm very interested in Databot and the Positron assistant. How long is the wait to see those tools in Rstudio? Are we talking weeks, months?

There are reasons for me to keep some of my work in Rstudio, but it's tempting to do some work in Positron. On the other hand there's a cognitive cost for me to begin using Positron.

Per https://positron.posit.co/databot.html:

"The Databot extension is available for use with Positron. It uses functionality available only in Positron, so it will not work with VS Code or other IDEs based on Code OSS."

I read that as: "Databot will also not be available for RStudio", but what do I know?

I’m completely moved over to Positron… Still a bit clumsy but I’m forging ahead. Seems well worth the effort.

Thanks, Isabella, but I've now gone completely over to Positron and DataBot is doing some wild and useful EDA for me... :slight_smile:
