How do I extract waterbodies using OTSU thresholding in R?

Dear all,

I am using sentinel-1 dataset and I need to implement OTSU algorithm to extract flooded water from the remote sensing imagery. I have already processed the image in SNAP so I only need to extract the flooded water. Can anyone help me how to get started on it.?
