I would like to know if it is possible to read an EPW file on R?
There is the "eplusr" package that reads the file from the EnergyPlus program, but I was unable to use it for an EPW file that is downloaded on my computer.
Has anyone managed to do this?

Looking at eplusr's repo, it appears to be well supported.
A good way to seek help with this is to provide a reproducible example (follow the link for instructions and explanations), with a small data file you can share that demonstrate the errors or issues you've encountered trying to load .epw files.
To include your data, you'll want to follow one of the methods discussed here.
